Unique Architectural Concept

The architectural project was developed by the prominent international firm, Businessart, with the idea of creating a modern, comfortable, and aesthetically appealing space that emphasizes the prestige and high status of its residents.

The unparalleled view of the 'floating' pool is impressive and adds exclusivity to the building. Spacious terraces with green gardens, and in selected apartments optional jacuzzis and private pools, complement the feeling of lightness and flight.

The dominant feature of the facade design is high-quality natural travertine sourced from Italy. The texture of the natural stone is complemented by contrasting accents of smooth, high-grade aluminum in a harmonious tone.
